Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days assuming all items are in-stock. Once the shipping carrier has the package, delivery usually takes another 5-7 business days. You will get a tracking by email with appropriate links to follow your package up to delivery.
Where is my order?
Check your tracking email first. If you see your tracking has not moved in a few days, contact us at twoflamescandleco@gmail.com with your order number and we can help track it down.
Is there a 'local pickup' option to avoid shipping charges?
We do not currently have any local shops or storefronts to offer local pickup
My order arrived damaged, what I should do?
Contact us at twoflamescandleco@gmail.com right away with photos ready and we will do what we can to make it right.
Our Candles
What type of wax do you use?
We primarily use a soy-paraffin blend wax to ensure a clean burn and bold fragrance.
What sizes do you make your candles?
We currently offer our scents only in 14.5 oz jar with 2 wicks.
How strong will the scent be?
Some scents carry further than others. Our candle recipes have been carefully tested to ensure the scent is adequately bold without being overpowering.
Candle Care
Do I need to trim the wick?
Your candle will come already trimmed to the correct length. After the first burn, you should begin trimming the wick back to 1/4" to remove any mushrooming of the wick and minimize soot.
Why is the wax tunneling down the middle?
Your first burn may have been cut short. Burning your candle for around 4 hours is usually the recommended fix.
Why is my candle sooting?
Usually, this is because the wick is too long or the candle has been burning too long. Trim the wick back down to 1/4" and put the candle out if it has been burning longer than 4 hours.
